Alias has created the IDF (Intermediate Data File) and PCF (Piping Component File) formats as interface files to ISOGEN. These formats have also been used for the purposes of data exchange and material management.
These file formats are the intellectual property of Alias Limited and are not in the public domain. However, Alias is generally supportive of the wide use of the PCF and will normally provide documentation under license.
